Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Bsavvi account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping marks are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for hardware integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
